Banned Bots

The following bot types are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:

Selfbots

Automated user accounts that act as bots — not permitted.

Clone servers

Bots used to replicate or clone other servers' content or structure.

Broadcast

Mass-broadcasting/spam bots that send unsolicited messages.

AI (malicious/abusive)

AI-driven bots that exploit, dox, or perform harmful automation.

Sell Hosts

Bots that sell or advertise hosting services in an abusive/spammy way.

Violations will be reviewed and may result in suspension, removal, or permanent ban depending on severity.

Exchange Account

Accounts may not be sold, traded, or exchanged. Sharing credentials or transferring ownership is against our rules and will result in termination.

Account security is your responsibility. Never share your credentials with anyone.

Billing & Refunds

Our billing and refund policy ensures fair treatment for all customers while maintaining service quality.

Working Products

Refunds are not available for products and services that are functioning as described and advertised.

Non-Functioning Products

Refunds may be considered if the product is completely non-functional and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (7 days).

Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests after this period will not be considered.

Terms Violations

No refunds will be issued if your account is terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or acceptable use policy.

Refund Process

All refund requests are reviewed by our support team. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and may be subject to transaction fees.

Recurring Payments

For subscription services, you can cancel anytime. Refunds for the current billing period are not provided unless the service is non-functional.
